Common Mistake With Many Brands

I see a lot of brands weary about being repetitive in their emails.

Rather, you should be repetitive.

People forget everything.

You tell somebody something and it goes in one ear and out the other.

How many times have you walked into a room and forgotten what you came in for?

With email, this is amplified.

People are zombies opening their email app.

So, you SHOULD be repeating your brand message over and over again.

Until its etched into your customer’s brain.

Create emails like this one from Munk Pack I received today, which is near perfect.

Gives their brand mission and outlines their unique selling propositions in an easy to read layout 🤌

Mix these sorts of campaigns in your monthly calendar and in your flows.

You can NEVER remind somebody too much what you stand for (as long as you’re proud of it!)
