Context and Background

So this brand had heard around the block that you can make a lot of money with email…

They only had a couple automations in and they were very bare bones…

They worked with an agency and they struggled to get the right brand voice and design.

The Process For Scaling Their Brand

Analyze (Days 1-7)

Scaling Email Campaigns

We started sending emails 3-4 times per week to different parts of the email list to keep the list engaged and get consistent revenue coming in.

We had to be very careful with who we were sending and what we were sending because our deliverability wasn't good to start, and we needed to build up our reputation.

We created lists of varying sizes based on email engagement, website activity, and purchases.

Starting small with lists, we slowly opened things up as we started to build up an email community of active openers. At the same time the flows are firing and we're getting engagement on that front.

Our email reputation began to build as we got to the spam folder less and less.

Now we're at the point where we're sending emails to 30,000 people and generating $10,000+ with singular emails.

One of our first action items was to improve the pop-up forms which we're only converting 3.4% of website visitors into subscribers.

If we could improve this rate, we could skyrocket list growth as well as give weary site visitors information over email they need to convert.

Immediately we took this form from 3.4% on mobile to 6.8%, resulting in a double in welcome flow revenue to $26.8k.

We continually are A/B testing our pop-up forms to try to optimize the amount of people joining our emails list.

We've added 39,000 net new engaged email list members.

It's important to note with our content we are keeping unsubscribes as low as possible to retain our list members that we worked so hard to get.
