If you’ve worked in an agency before, you can probably guess what sorts of responsibilities you would be doing in these roles.

As an email marketing manager you are running the show for your accounts (typically managing 5-8) and leading a team of top tier copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo Technicians. This role is client facing, so you get to enjoy the fun of sharing results with clients, building relationships, and seeing the impact of your work on their business. 

You work closely with the Email Strategist, who oversees 3-5 Account Managers and all of their accounts, focusing on bigger picture strategy and client success.
